Who is Timon Wong?

Timon went full-time indie after years as a software engineer, refusing to be shackled to a traditional job. In two years he's built over 30 apps: from consumer AI apps to SaaS tools, mobile products, and everything in between. Most didn't work. Some did. He is extremely adept at shipping tasteful products quickly and iterating even faster.

Software consultancy

Alongside his products, Timon runs a software consultancy helping businesses with custom software, AI workflows, and SEO, bringing the same speed and pragmatism from scrappy projects to enterprise client work.

SEO and GEO

Timon is also an expert in SEO and GEO. He's built sites and systems with over 3 million visitors and views across his own portfolio, and applies the same playbook for consulting clients, from technical SEO foundations to AI citation strategy.

Hackapura and writing

Beyond building, Timon founded Hackapura, a community of ~100 indie hackers, coders, and designers who co-work and demo their projects weekly in Singapore. He's also published in JavaScript in Plain English and Geek Culture on Medium, writing about indie hacking, programmatic SEO, and building autonomous income systems.

Background

Timon graduated with a BSc in Computer Science from the University of London, but much of what he does is self-taught, learned from shipping real apps.

Timon is also a firm believer in Atomic Habits: consistent hard work and good habits can develop into any formidable skill.
